Returns & Withdrawal
As a consumer, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods.
Sample Withdrawal Policy
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nico Bökenkröger, email: vertrieb@itnb.io) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email).
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, both parties must return what they have received. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Please send the goods unused and in their original packaging to the return address we provide by email. For a smooth process, we recommend announcing returns in advance by email to vertrieb@itnb.io.
Important legal note: Since our shirts are produced print-on-demand after order placement, § 312g (2) no. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) – which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to consumer specification or clearly personalized – may be relevant in certain cases. Whether this applies to standard designs in standard sizes, or only to individually personalized items (e.g. with custom text/artwork), needs to be reviewed legally on a case-by-case basis. Please clarify this with a law firm or a legal-text generator (e.g. eRecht24, IT-Recht Kanzlei) before publishing to avoid the risk of warning letters (Abmahnung).
